Plain-language summary
These releases do not require an account, show advertising, sell data or collect personal data for the developer. App inputs and history are stored locally on your device. Features that read a microphone, camera, photos, device information or storage use that access only to perform the feature you request.
Information collection and third-party services
No analytics, advertising or remote crash-report collection is enabled in these releases. Some builds include dormant Firebase-compatible support libraries from the shared app framework, but Firebase is not configured or initialised and telemetry collection remains disabled. Advertising ID permissions are explicitly removed from the final Android manifests.
Google Play may provide the developer with aggregated installation, performance and crash information under Google's own terms. That Play Console reporting is not collected directly by these apps.
Local files, inputs and permissions
- dBMeter uses microphone access to calculate live sound-level estimates. It does not create, retain or upload an audio recording.
- CropKit uses a photo you select or capture and processes it locally. An edited image is saved or shared only when you choose.
- DupSweep reads media you authorise to find exact and similar files locally. Deletion uses Android's confirmation flow. Any recent recovery copy remains in app-private device storage.
- QRKit processes camera frames or selected images locally. Scanned content remains local unless you choose to share it or open an external link.
- TorchPure uses camera permission only to control the flash LED. It does not capture photos or video.
- PawTone may use notification permission and boot-completed delivery to schedule reminders you create. Reminder content stays on the device.
- PhoneSpec, BuildInfo and StorageTest read Android system information available to the app. Reports leave the device only if you explicitly choose a share destination.
- LoanLens exports a schedule only when you request it. The resulting file is saved in app-controlled storage and shared only through a destination you select.
- Calculator Private Vault creates private app-storage copies of photos you select without deleting gallery originals. PIN metadata and notes use operating-system secure storage. The app does not upload vault content.
- Cloner Recovery Guide reads the device brand and model locally to tailor general guidance. Its optional credential vault uses a separate PIN and operating-system secure storage. Device details and saved credentials are not uploaded.
- BarkBridge creates synthetic dog-style sounds on the device from the message, intent and voice settings you choose. Messages, recent sounds and favourites stay on the device; BarkBridge does not use a microphone or claim to translate animal language.
- Dog Scanner: Breed Identifier uses the camera or photo you select only when you request a scan. A bundled image-classification model processes the photo on your device and returns visual breed similarities. Photos are not uploaded. Saved match metadata stays in local app storage, and results are appearance estimates rather than DNA ancestry or health assessments.
- MeowBridge creates synthetic cat-style sounds on the device from the message, intent and voice settings you choose. Messages, recent sounds and favourites stay on the device; MeowBridge does not use a microphone or claim to translate animal language.
- ASQ Calculator App calculates chronological and optional prematurity-corrected age from dates you enter. Dates, results and recent calculation history stay on the device. The app is independent and unaffiliated, contains no proprietary questionnaires or scoring content, and does not provide diagnosis.
- ASVAB Practice Test provides original practice questions, answer explanations, bookmarks, mistake review and progress indicators. Answers and study progress stay on the device. The app is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or the official ASVAB programme.
- Asymmetrical Face Exercises provides gentle exercise timers, routine history, streaks and optional reflection notes. The app does not request or store face photos. Routine history and notes stay in local app storage. The app is a general wellness guide, not a diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy plan or promise of cosmetic change.
- Settings, favourites, progress, histories and other app content are stored locally and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Limited network requests
BuildInfo can request public Android Security Bulletin pages, and ConvertFlow can request public European Central Bank reference-rate data. Those providers receive the ordinary technical information involved in an internet request, such as an IP address and user agent, under their own privacy policies. The developer does not receive those requests or use them to identify you.
Other apps in this suite do not need a developer-operated server for their core features. QRKit opens a scanned website only after you choose to continue, at which point that website's own policy applies.
Sharing, retention and security
The apps do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. When you use Android's share sheet, gallery, system picker or external browser, your chosen destination processes the item under its own terms. Local app data is retained until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall the app. Reasonable platform protections are used, but no local storage system can guarantee absolute security on a compromised device.
Children
The apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. They are general-audience utilities and games and do not provide social accounts, messaging or targeted advertising.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when app behaviour or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to techmodsnet@gmail.com.
